I was recently shooting some 300 Blackout I acquired from AAC Ammunition which was just 150gr FMJ range ammo. I don't stock a ton of 300BLK but I want to have some extra on hand just in case and AAC generally has a lot of value. However, for this particular lot or loading, I was faced with many primer related issues. Now, I have had an overall good experience with AAC in general but this particular instance gave me something to consider when it comes to stockpiling ammo for SHTF scenarios. If you don't test that cheap ammo you found for a great deal, you might not realize it wasn't worth getting to begin with.
