Remember to stock up on your everyday groceries and snacks and rotate through it. Cans of beans and rice is excellent to have in your prepper pantry but having a well supply of everyday groceries/snacks would be a real treat to have on hand in an emergency. Just make sure you rotate through everything and buy only what you and your family eat!
