Frankie and Layla got a new home this weekend.We've been keeping them in and out of the house during hot/cold months, and during puppy season...and its just too messy. Here is Part 1 of our cheap, and hopefully long-lasting solution to this problem....no fancy tools or materials - just a shovel, a container, and about 900 gallons of elbow grease :D
