With this latest threat, the United States has effectively threatened all of its non-allies. All of them have been threatened to some extent by the United States. The fact that they are finally releasing it is monumental. They have basically sent out their nuclear triad. With the exception of the ICBMs, all components have been deployed. The United States' actions here are extremely grave. What sort of signal are they putting out there? Who are they trying to intimidate exactly? It appears obvious, but we can't be certain.
