In this video, I spend two nights in a cold forest under heavy rain and snow, relying only on a single tarp and basic survival skills. The first day began with intense rainfall and snowfall, forcing me to build a simple yet sturdy shelter under the trees. Using a bit of cotton soaked in Vaseline, I managed to start a fire — my only source of warmth — while the soothing sound of rain filled the silent, freezing forest.
On the second day, I moved to another part of the forest and set up a new camp. The snowfall continued, and I melted snow for drinking water. I also demonstrate various bushcraft and survival techniques, including building a tripod (teepee) structure, constructing a fire wall, finding food beneath the snow, collecting dry wood to keep the fire going, and staying warm and dry beside the flames.
This experience was a true challenge in winter camping, solo survival, and wilderness living. Spending two nights with only a tarp and relying completely on fire is a reminder that nature is always harsh — yet incredibly beautiful and inspiring.
