Showing you all how I store the meals that I cook! All the meals that my wife and I will eat within 2-3 days go into the fridge in a line. I place the rest in the freezer. I’ll also mix and match meals that I have already cooked and incorporate them into the rotation. That way I have a variety and am eating different meals throughout the week.
When it’s time for me to heat up and eat a meal, I will grab one from the fridge that is at the front of the line. I will then take a meal from the freezer and place it at the back of the line in the fridge. That way it gets 2-3 days to defrost before it gets heated up and eaten. I find this the most efficient and useful way to store and cycle the meals. Let me know what works for you!
